Chicken Coops and Dog Houses

My new obsession as of late are chicken coops and dog houses. I've been thinking I really want a little mini "Newfoundland House" built out in my yard someday. This would be a plus in several ways...no hair or slobber in my house and I would have a cute little mini house in my back yard! Plus I think Deacon and our future Newfoundland puppy would really enjoy it :) Here are a few of my ideas...

Olive

Olive is crazy...

She runs around biting anything she can find...especiailly loving mine and Timmy's underwear. I find them under the couch...under the ottoman...with my crotch gone! Ok..that sounds gross...but she's a gross little puppy. You can't tell me you've never heard of or had your dog do that!

Anyway, though I love her..she's getting longer...looking more weinerish like she should. She tries to eat out of Deacon's bowl..which she could take a bath in...following him around everywhere! She does this new thing where she'll get a hold of his tail...most of the time he doesn't even notice...and he'll get up to move and he'll take her for a ride...she doesn't let go..little bugger. She barks now..something I was hoping wouldn't happen...but still not pee or poop in the house...so I'm happy!

Recap...river tubing

So...the river tubing experience was supposed to be a blast....

I ended up getting a migraine like 45 minutes into the trip...never had a drink and threw up three times along the river. I wanted to escape...but the only place I could get away to was imaginary. I even asked a few people with cottages along the way if they would bring me back to our car...they said no...associating with me with the rest of my crowd...obviously wasted and singing loudly....5 hours later...we made it to the car.

If you feel a headache coming on....don't go!!

Tubing down the river...

So I just found out that Timmy and I are going tubing down a river this weekend. I haven't done this in years. It brings back so many childhood memories of canoe trips with my family and their best friends. Nothing like a cold beer...yes I'm diggin' beer these days...laying in a tube...looking up at the beautiful sunny sky. I'm pumped...just have to get through Thursday and Friday at work. Anyone up for tubing?

So..I have 14 minutes left at work..and all I can think about are fun things to post on here.

Green is my favorite color...anything green I'm instantly attracted to. It reminds me of trees, plants, nature. Loving fabric...shoes...clothes...picture frames...anything that has green on it! Another thing I'm obsessed with lately is birds....on etsy.com...the best website around for handmade goodies...they have all kinds of bird stuff...pillows, necklaces, wedding invitations..by the way..my wedding invites will have some sort of bird on them. I'm so excited to share my fun finds with you all....haha. I'm not really sure who "you all" is...but it makes me feel like I'm important when I say that. Have a good rest of the work day. More later...

Jessica said it best. She has this wonderful blog that I love reading when I'm supposed to be working or cleaning the house..you know how that goes. It has cute little applications, beautiful pictures and of course great postings. I was telling her how I was thinking about starting a blog. I've been feeling inspired to do this for some time now. My dad's girlfriend Kathy...her daughter is also very talented with blogging...has a site where she loads pictures and tells about her daily adventures with her two children. I check this site daily, as well as Jessica's. Anyway..I'm off topic...this may happen alot in my blog!! So..I was telling Jess about all my crazy ideas and my constant day dreaming of decorating my house and planning my wedding. She said "if nothing else, it just gives you a place to record all the things you like". I couldn't agree more! I've been searching for a way to get out all of these amazing thoughts in my head out so I can get to them more easily when the time comes to paint my living rooms walls, or come up with centerpieces for my wedding. Just to let you all know....I don't own a home and I'm not engaged. But...I can't wait for these things in my life and find myself thinking about my wedding and my house constantly. Sooo..I've decided to share my thoughts and my ideas with you all...
